BOUQUET BOX FLOWER BAR (BBFB) is the occasions spinoff of Bouquet Box, the first ever DIY floral arranging system co-founded by lifestyles and DIY expert Courtney Sixx and lifestyles editor and author Amy Nebens.

BBFB is a luxury event-based experience, offering guests a hands-on floral pop-up with not only a master class in working with highest quality flowers — including roses, garden roses, specialty blooms, greens and grasses — but also a spectacular display to take home as a memorable favor post occasion.

THE BBFB affair offering includes vases fit with grid lids for easy and organized arranging as well as a personalized selection of best-in-class flowers. The display of flowers is organized to beautify the space as well as available for arranging. Beautifully branded linen and signage is also included plus BBFB is produced, setup and headed by a team of savvy “flower girls” trained in the art of floral styling to assist guests as well as offer tips and techniques (or for those who will be spearheading their own BBFB, our professional production, setup, and event guidance instructions will accompany the vase and flower delivery).

Yes! Our events are designed to cater to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced floral enthusiasts. Our events include pre-trimmed flowers and greenery (to the perfect lengths), vases fit with grid lids for easy and organized arranging and are staffed with our amazingly talented floral stylist franchisees and their teams who are excited to share our step-by-step method, tips and tricks plus encourage your and your guests’ creativity.

We have had so much success creating experiences for both children and adults — and everyone had a blast! Because our flowers are pre-trimmed and thorns removed, all that’s left to do is arrange. Plus with our plethora of varieties and color selection, there is something for everyone.

Absolutely not. We provide all that’s necessary, including flowers, greenery, vases, grid lids, step-by-step signage and more. We even have beautiful branded linens and our team is in our branded aprons so that our space looks as chic as the flower bar. Of course, if there are custom pieces that you would like to include at the flower bar (in addition to any custom flowers and vases), we will work with you to incorporate your vision.

Of course! All of our events are custom designed. Even our base packages, which include roses, greenery and spray roses are custom ordered to suit an event’s or VIP’s color and variety desires. We also have myriad choices of additional and specialty flowers, the ability for fabric wraps for vases and other custom details that can easily be incorporated into a flower bar. We are happy to discuss your vision and help you plan to make it come to be.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event, timing and notice given. Generally, we require a 10 percent deposit, which is refundable up to 3 months (4 for holiday timing) prior to the event date in order to secure the necessary stem counts at the farm. At that time, an additional 40 percent (refundable) is due and 4 weeks prior to the event, the balance of 50% is due in order to place the final order with the farms and to go into production. At the time of final payment, there is no refund for cancellation.
